Description
Uses of Siemens LFL1.133 burner controller
The Siemens LFL1.133 burner controller is designed for gas, oil, or dual – fuel forced draft burners of medium to high capacity. It is suitable for multistage or modulating burners in intermittent operation, where at least one controlled shutdown must occur every 24 hours for safety reasons. It can be used with stationary air heaters and dual – fuel burners.
Additionally, it is applicable for controlling and supervising forced draft burners of direct spark flame or interrupted pilot construction.
Features
- Safety – related: It ensures flame supervision through the use of UV detectors (such as QRA2, QRA4, QRA10) or ionization probes, which helps prevent gas leaks and fire accidents. It also has overheating protection and pressure monitoring functions that can automatically turn off the burner in case of system abnormalities.
- Combustion efficiency: It allows for precise adjustment of the gas – to – air ratio, optimizing the combustion process and reducing energy waste. The temperature control system can automatically adjust the combustion intensity according to actual needs.
- Operation and maintenance: With an automated control system, it simplifies the operation process, reducing human intervention. The modular design makes components easy to replace and maintain, and the fault diagnosis function can quickly identify problems.
- Electrical characteristics: It has a mains voltage of 230VAC and a power consumption of 3.5VA. It features a plug – in design with an exchangeable fuse unit, and has 24 connection terminals.
- Protection and indication: It has an IP40 rating, with an impact – proof and heat – resistant black plastic construction. It also provides multicolor indication of fault status and operational status messages, and has electrical remote reset facility.
