Description

This F-KDSA controller is part of the Saacke control system series. It offers high – performance and flexibility, with a maximum safety level of up to SIL 3 in accordance with IEC 61508. It has numerous international approvals and can be easily installed and configured, with interfaces for various bus systems, enabling seamless integration into existing plants.
The basic version of the Saacke burner controller can control 8 channels and is equipped with 10 integrated controllers, making it suitable for complex applications, such as the combustion of pulverized fuels or the simultaneous mixed firing of alternative fuels.
F-KDSA can also realize functions like electronic fuel/air ratio control, water injection control in heavy – oil firing mode, and an intelligent warm – up program for heat generators. Moreover, it can display the signals of all connected components on a large – size touch screen during operation, and the control accuracy can reach 2,000 steps, which can precisely control the actuator
