Description
The Honeywell C7961E1014 ultraviolet flame detector is mainly used in industrial combustion-related scenarios, and it has excellent performance and a series of practical features:
Application Scenarios:
It is suitable for gas, oil or other fuel – fired industrial equipment, such as boilers, furnaces, which are widely used in industries such as petrochemical, power generation, and metal processing, used to monitor the flame status during the combustion process to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
Product Features:
- High – sensitivity Detection: It uses a solid – state UV sensor to detect the ultraviolet radiation generated by flame combustion, which can quickly capture weak flame signals and effectively monitor the flame of gas, oil and other fuels.
- Dynamic Self – checking: It has a dynamic self – checking function. The oscillating shutter interrupts the ultraviolet radiation reaching the UV sensor at a frequency of 3Hz, and cooperates with the R7851C dynamic self – check amplifier to realize the self – check of the UV sensor tube, ensuring the reliability of the detector.
- Good Environmental Adaptability: The operating temperature range is from – 40°F to 175°F (- 40°C to 80°C), and the storage temperature range is from – 60°F to 175°F (- 50°C to 80°C). Its housing meets the NEMA 4 enclosure standard, which has the functions of rain – proof, dust – proof, etc. The mounting flange is equipped with a protective heat – block, which can work in harsh environments.
- Convenient Installation: It can be installed horizontally, vertically or at any angle. It is equipped with a threaded conduit joint and color – coded lead wires, which is convenient for quick electrical installation. There are also 3/4 in. and 1 in. NPT mounting models to choose from, and a swivel mount is optional to facilitate flame sighting.
- Replaceable Window: The quartz viewing window is field-replaceable. The pressure rating of the viewing window is 20psi, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement, and can ensure the normal operation of the detector.
