Description
The Hegwein AAL 75 Ionization Flame monitor is a cost – effective and fail – safe device, mainly used for monitoring gas and oil burners, as well as combined gas/oil burners. It operates based on the ionization effect of the flame.

Parameter of Hegwein AAL 75 flame monitor
When there is a flame, the positive and negative ions in the flame enable the external circuit to generate a weak current under the action of an electric field.
The AAL75 flame monitor’s detection circuit uses the high – level signal when there is a flame and the low – level signal when there is no flame (or when the probe is short – circuited or seriously leaking) as the control signal, which is amplified appropriately to drive the corresponding actuators for control or alarm output.
Features
The Hegwein AAL 75 flame monitor has the characteristics of high – sensitivity detection and strong anti – interference ability:
- It can continuously detect the flame without interruption, and is only sensitive to the flame, not to high temperature.
- It is suitable for both intermittent and continuous operation modes (only AAL 75 POD for continuous operation).
- It is powered by AC220V 50/60Hz, with an ion – probe as the flame probe.
- The allowable distance between the probe and the monitored object is within 20 meters.
- The response time is ≤1 second for detection and ≤0.5 second for disconnection.
- AAL 75 flame monitor can work in an environment with a temperature range of – 20℃ to + 60℃, and the protection level is IP40.
- It is installed on a 35mm standard card – rail, with a shell made of ABS engineering plastic and a size of 115mm×54mm×58mm.
