Fireye BurnerPRO BP230UVFR-S2 Flame Safeguard Controller provides correct burner sequencing, ignition, and flame maintenance monitoring for commercial heating and process equipment burning oil and natural gas fuels.
BurnerPro BP230UVFR-S2 Flame Safeguard Controller
The BP230UVFR-S2 flame safegard controlling system is designed for non-permanent operation, meaning the burner must cycle at least once every 24 hours when used with UV sensors and continuously operate when used with flame rods.
Eight intelligent LED indicators display current operating status and provide lockout information during safety shutdowns.
The BurnerPRO BP110UVFR-S1, S2, S3, S4 and BP230UVFR-S1, S2, S3, S4 controllers are functionally compatible with select Siemens LFL controller models. Existing wiring bases are used, eliminating the need for external wiring changes.
These controllers are also functionally compatible with Satronic TMG740 controllers, requiring only minor wiring changes. See the compatibility list on the reverse side.
A complete BurnerPRO system includes the BP110/230, flame scanner, and terminal block. The BurnerPRO performs a safety self-test at each startup. If a flame is detected before startup or during a purge cycle, the fuel valve will not be energized and the controller will lockout. An LED indicator and alarm terminal indicate lockout status.
