Description
The duct heater is mainly used to heat the air passing through the duct, there are three types of duct air heaters:
- Low temperature
- Medium temperature
- High temperature.
The stainless steel housing and structure can reduce the vibration of the heating element. An overheat protector is installed in the junction box. The air pressure through the duct should not exceed 0.3KG/cm². Otherwise, it is recommended to use a circulating duct heater.

The maximum temperature of the low temperature duct heater does not exceed 160℃. The maximum temperature of the medium temperature duct heater does not exceed 260℃. The maximum temperature of the high temperature duct heater does not exceed 850℃.
- During the heating process, the maximum air temperature can reach 850℃, but the surface temperature of the shell is only about 50℃.
- The thermal efficiency is higher than 95%, the air is clean, and the volume is small
- The heating rate during operation: 10 degrees Celsius per second
- The heating element is made of high temperature alloy with excellent mechanical properties
- Service life: standard life is more than 10 years
- It can be customized according to customer requirements, power range: 2KW~1000KW
- After reaching the maximum temperature, the working power can be reduced by half
